Welcome back dear followers! Return to work today after two weeks. And so, about a month after the last post, I decided to share with you this new recipe. I'm talking about the cous cous with salmon and zucchini. This is definitely a light meal from the very delicate taste. My toddler loved it. You can serve it as a main dish or as a flow during 'apericena.
250 grams of pre-cooked cous cous; 270 ml of water; salt; extra virgin olive oil; 3 large zucchini; receipt 1 clove of garlic; two salmon receipt steaks, fresh wire. Wash and cut the zucchini into slices thin enough. Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and a clove of garlic until they are cooked through. Remove the garlic and let it sit for a few minutes to fire off. Boil the salmon. Once cooked receipt cut it into chunks and add it to the zucchini. Rekindle the fire and blow up the whole thing for a couple of minutes. receipt Prepare the couscous by bringing water to a boil, add salt and turn off the heat. The ideal is to use a large skillet.
