The meatballs are delicious, mega soft :) It is a great use of meat from broth. Nothing wasted :) Number of meatballs may vary, depending on how much you have meat and vegetables from the broth. If the ground meat with vegetables will come to you about 50 grams of it should be given all the bread soaked in milk. Got inspired by a recipe from a blog that I see over the business and unfortunately I can not give a link to the recipe.
1.5 cups of water
Meatballs: Tear bread into pieces and pour the milk. Peeled from the bone and films grind meat with vegetables in a food processor or blender almanara chop in the container. To add wrung meat bun, with chopped almanara onions and parsley. Adjust the seasoning. And we form about 8-10 small meatballs (with 30 grams of ground meat with vegetables). Fry it in oil.
Tomato sauce: tomato incised on both sides of the cross with a knife (at the stem and on the other side) and brew with boiling water. Peel, cut into pieces and throw it on the hot oil and cook until softened. Add concentrate, water and spices.
