Peel and quarter onions. Wash the peppers and cut into wedges. Peel and chop the garlic. If you are using chicken fillets, cut them into slices / pieces. Bake the chicken in a pan with butter just over. Add the onion, garlic and red pepper, and curry and paprika powder. Bake for about 3 minutes and then add the cream, sour cream and crème fraîche, as well as soy and black pepper.
