Recently, we decided to visit one of the Chinese restaurants in our region, which apparently is considered very good. We ordered the soup of Thai, but what if someone likes to eat soup in the form of bullion cube dissolved in water it may consider me for good. I am to those who do not belong, so the next day I decided to do their own version of Thai soup with meatballs, hot, fragrant sesame oil, lemon grass, slightly sweet and sour taste. I'll tell you with was delicious, and that restaurant will never go eat MSG.

Absolutely agree with your mind about the quality of the pseudo Thai dishes at some restaurants. Now, if the stores you can get almost all the ingredients for the kitchen eastern better to do at home and .. I know what I eat, that taste will not mention. An interesting recipe. Reply Delete

This type of meatballs I do quite often, but so far no parmesan Now add to them or other cheese. Recipe, slightly modified by me, I found a blog yesterday Mojamałakuchnia and shoulder, which I had intended to stew I turned for a quick meatballs. Selecting more economical, tasty and very hit. Finally cheesecake the first entry after a long break and after many changes :) Sorry to keep you waiting so long :) are still being finalized change the template, but they will not bother me in adding new rules. Today the idea of a tomato dinner with delicate meatballs. Good and for children and adults. And those who do not have the time (or desire :) can substitute your favorite pasta pancakes. The dish is very filling :)
Meatballs: 20 grams minced beef, 1 medium onion, 1 clove of garlic, 4-5 tablespoons bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons milk, tablespoon fresh parsley p ietruszki, a pinch of cayenne pepper, tablespoon butter, salt, pepper, cheesecake olive oil, for frying
Tomato sauce: Peel the tomatoes and onions, cut into cubes. Add concentrate. Pour broth. Simmer as long as the water evaporates. Pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Boil 5 more minutes with cream.
Dumplings, meat put into a bowl, in a separate bowl, combine bread and milk and add to the meat. Chop the onion, fry in butter with przeciśniętym the crushed clove of garlic and pepper. Cooled down add to the meat and bread with milk, season with parsley, salt, pepper. Hand knead until smooth and form small meatballs. My balls were the size of ping pong :) Do what you feel like, but remember that you'll have to adjust the length of cooking to their size. Ready meatballs and fry from both sides in hot olive oil.

I promised you before Christmas a few ideas for the utilization of geese a little different than just bake it in its entirety in gravy.
