I threatened Radu with this recipe a week. He was not too sure why it was me out but when his taste buds tasted ... had orgasm :)) He liked it sooo much that morning when we woke up at 7: 30, the first thing he said when he opened his eyes was, "You did the best quiche in the world. I'm hungry!"
I put in a large bowl all the ingredients for the dough (less cold milk) and started to knead vigorously with my little hands up I got some crumbs of dough. I added 2 tablespoons cold milk and I started to knead until completely homogenized to. I made a break and I could guguloi the window with it :) I refrigerate for 10 minutes. After I pulled out the fridge I got stuck. I had no rolling pin. What do Ramona, what stretch dough ?? Luckily I had a cocktail shaker. It was fun but I saved.
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 large onion, finely chopped 380g frozen ready chopped spinach (click here) 6 eggs 200g smoked cheese fajitas slightly, fajitas Napolact (click here) 150g cheese from cow's milk, Napolact (click fajitas here) about half a teaspoon of salt and pepper
We started with spinach preparation. I put the thawed a few hours before getting down to cooking. But not enough. You have very well drained of water. So I put it in a colander and I pressed until all the water came out of it.
I put a large skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. I threw the chopped onion to cook and I mixed for 3 minutes then I added the spinach well drained :) I could tell ... spinach dehydrated? :)) I continued to mix for about another three minutes after I stopped the fire. We left there in the pan to wait a bit.
Separately, in a large bowl beat eggs have unknowingly bumps :)) Fish eggs well beaten I added cheese, cheese (grated races), the mixture from the pan (spinach with onion), salt, pepper and we mixed easily but well.
I put it over the oven for another 30 minutes, 180 degrees. That's about all. I checked quite often. I took it when I felt it start to brown. The idea is to not brown too because it dries cheese inside and I do not have the same taste as good.

Thanks ptr response, and I try and come back tomorrow with pictures, if out :)) I can give advice about that cheese, what can I replace it? I'm in Norway and cheese in the recipe is a delicacy here. A good evening! Deletion
Thanks for the idea !!!! Today you inspired me, but adapt the recipe and use leeks instead of spinach (I have a full bag, hahaha) to see what comes out! But .... I have a big question! Because I want to make tarts often, and to offer my daughter a healthy food, it can "invent" a recipe for gluten-free dough? Does brisee out a pate and a rice flour? Or other combinations of flour? What do you think? Thank you! And good luck! You're doing a good job, gospodino;) Delete Reply
