This recipe comes from Good Food blog, which is one of many that I keep an eye on. And so when I found this out there, I rushed to the store because it was so appetizing. And Gorgonzolaga before I had a pleasant taste sensations. Ingredients: 350g chicken fillet 150g Gorgonzola (Dolce) cheese 50ml dry white wine 150ml cream 3spl chopped chives Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 400g tagliatelle Fry the chicken pieces until they are ripe and golden top. Add the chopped Gorgonzola Dolce cheese and cook, stirring until cheese is melted. Add the wine and cream and simmer, stirring constantly for about a minute. Add the chives, salt and black pepper, and remove and set aside. At the same time, to boil the pasta al dente. Strain and put the pot back. Add the sauce and let the pasta, stirring gently to mix. Serve immediately. The result for me was a pleasantly creamy and ülimaitsev dinner.
