Super! I love tortillas. I freeze, and when push comes to shove it is lunch :) May 28 2013 at 08:27

Few people today can say that there is still time, and the desire to cook. But eating should be every day, at least when children are concerned. That's why I often do tortilla-e. Firstly, because the device quickly, and secondly because it can be served in interesting ways, and thirdly because suffer various charges which include not-so-favorite vegetables. It often happens that a few pieces remain. If you do not pack well (rolled in a cloth bag and) tomorrow morning become hard. Then comes another option: quesadilla-e. Simply put one tortilla on a heated pan, abortion grated cheese, green onions, or you already have on hand. Cover it with another tortilla and heated until the cheese melts. Roll over (to the other side gets hot) and after two minutes to pull out the cutting board. Serve warm, cut into four parts (so is easiest to eat;))
Homemade tortilla-e (about 10 pieces) 300g wheat (half-white) flour 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt 1 cup of hot water (if applicable) Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Rub the butter until a crumbly mixture. Gradually add water and knead a smooth paste. Coat it with oil and leave covered for about ten minutes to rest. Share it to a dozen balls. Each roll in a circular shape and bake in a preheated pan after a minute or two on each side. Stack them one on another. Keep them wrapped in cloth that is not dry.
Very fine. Tortillas usually buy ready-made, even though I knew them and I work at home. From where can I buy them, I kind of do that, although I am sure that this saved a lot better. May 21 2013 at 12:41
