Ingredients (for 2): - 2 fillets of tilapia (or other white fish choice) - 1 ripe mango - onion 1/4 - 1/2 tomato - Limón - Cilantro - salt without sodium - Pepper beetroot
Preparation: Separate beetroot mango pulp, cover with water and cook the onion and cut tomato, a little lemon juice, coriander leaves and some salt and pepper. Boil and keep on medium heat until most of the water evaporates. Let stand, rectify the flavor with more spices beetroot if necessary and set aside.
