I must say that grain is very good and prepares in the same timeframe of the traditional pre-cooked

Some time ago I mentioned the cous cous spelled. it is a type of couscous that unlike the traditional one which is octyne from durum wheat is obtained from barley and is delicious. It has an intense flavor and scent, the texture is almost identical to that of traditional cous cous but the flavor is much better in my opinion, not to mention that it is not fine is definitely better for your health.
I must say that grain is very good and prepares in the same timeframe of the traditional pre-cooked cous cous, so it is also very simple and fast, I took a picture in detail for you to see the size of small granules
Spelt wholemeal spelled I found Prometheus Urbino, that here by myself I find it on sale in a shop selling organic the chive products, it does not cost much either: the 2 euro about 500gr, I recommend it! Serves 2 190g of cous cous spelled Prometheus the chive Urbino 190 g of water 1 pinch salt 1 carrot into small cubes 1 rib of celery into small cubes 1 \ 4 of radicchio into thin strips basil to taste 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tomato diced Procedure: Prepare the vegetables and set aside, I carrots revision in the pan for 2 minutes without the chive adding fat in such a way that softens slightly but still remain crunchy. Prepare a harsh cous according to the directions on the package. Season the couscous with vegetables and refrigerate for at least 4 hours for it to cool well. Personal notes: - you can add cubes of cheese if you like it richer.
