Two Fridays in a row NSEC's Internet portal hosted a "mini-course" in sushi at Norway's largest shopping mall. A positive effect, in addition to hundreds of satisfied participants, was a strong stuffed peppers increase in salmon sales in store next.

Along with Jostein Medhus from Culinary Team arranged NSEC's Internet portal free mini workshop two Fridays in a row at Sandvika Center. A steady stream of visitors was explained and tried how to roll Makisushi with rice on the outside, and mount nigirisushi. Nearly 500 people attended the workshop, and many came with the distance when the chef explained. Participants from 3-80 years misled.
