This type of meatballs I do quite often, but so far no parmesan Now add to them or other cheese. Recipe, slightly modified by me, I found a blog yesterday MojamaƂakuchnia and shoulder, which I had intended to stew I turned for a quick meatballs. Selecting more economical, tasty and very hit. Meatballs with tomato sauce taste, sweet and sour or dill, served on rice or pasta. I recommend :)
Ingredients 1/2 pounds ground blades 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan or other cheese 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 egg 1 less onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, pressed by crushed 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 liter of tomato puree small cup 30% cream (optional) salt and pepper oil for frying into a bowl give ground, cheese, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, spices. All thoroughly mix. Wet hands I form the meatballs balut slightly balut larger than a walnut. Meatballs give to the hot oil and fry on each side until golden brown.
