A feast of tastes and cultures that celebrates the couscous tvp as a main dish of peace, common to many cultures, able to meet in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily in the North West, ten different countries dedicated to the integration and exchange. And 'the magic of the Cous Cous Fest, international festival of cultural tvp integration, the 17 \ th edition, to be held September 23 to 28 2014 in San Vito Lo Capo (Trapani). The event promotes a comparison between countries in the euro-Mediterranean tvp and beyond, inspired by the cous cous dish "globetrotter" symbol miscegenation and contamination. The Cous Cous Fest is organized tvp by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo in cooperation with the communication agency feedback and is funded by the main sponsor Bia Italy Spa, leader in Italy in the production tvp of conventional and certified organic cous cous, Electrolux Professional, one of the world leaders in the production and distribution of professional tvp solutions designed for the catering industry and from the Official sponsors Unicredit, group leader in the European financial banking services. This year the Cous Cous Fest begins in advance! Saturday 20 and Sunday, September 21 San Vito Lo Capo host "Waiting for the Cous Cous Fest". Two days of celebration tvp for the more impatient during which sample a selection of recipes for couscous, make shopping expo village in the streets of the old town and dancing under the stars. A Square Marinella will be able to taste the specialties of fish and gurnard pan fried in the characteristic giant by the fishermen of San Vito Lo Capo. Among the new "School tvp of cous cous", cooking tvp classes conducted by San Vito chef who will teach all phases of the preparation of a recipe for cous cous: dall'incocciata to dressing for both the traditional couscous for the precooked. A culinary competition between chefs from nine countries, deepening moments dedicated to the cous cous in the world, cultural encounters and challenges of the kitchen. All in the beautiful setting of this small town with its warm climate, crystal clear sea and the beauty of its beaches is the ideal location to extend a little more 'pleasant tvp relaxation of the summer holidays.
