Coconut cream is supposed to be very thick, but liquid. Is it in the hostel? Maybe because it is ha

Since my first post costs on Purim, there is no suitable publishing alcoholic drink recipe. If start then with my favorite liqueur - Irish cold (or Baileys foreign language.) If you search the net you will find many recipes of Irish cold, but finding a recipe fur, and vegan, this is an almost impossible task.
So Here's a recipe for vegan Irish cold processed immortal book of Gil Hovav "gifts from the kitchen." You can of course play with the ingredients proportionately to suit your personal taste. I personally always there more than chocolate. If you want great thick version - be sure to use the coconut cream and coconut liquid. At least 17% fat, although rajah it is best to look for the cream with over 20%.
Ingredients: 50 g dark chocolate (I always 70) 1/2 gallon of soy milk (can be sweet) 400 ml coconut cream (one can) 270 ml of whiskey (and one-third cup) cup sugar 1 teaspoon instant coffee 1 teaspoon rajah vanilla extract 1 teaspoon almond rajah extract (optional) Preparation:
Heat chocolate soy milk over medium heat. Mix well until all the chocolate melts. Add the coffee and flavors and mix again until everything is uniform, and turn off the heat (no need to let it boil). Add the coconut cream, stir and wait until the liquid in the pot to cool (not too hot to stick a finger). Those who do not have the patience (like me) can cool a can of coconut advance then it makes cooling operation. Only when combined liquid (soy + chocolate + coconut) cold add the whiskey, because alcohol evaporates in the heat. Mix well and everything - and whether you cold Irish incredible taste.

And it's so delicious! It has become my favorite drink, and opened the world of alcohol before that I thought he was just. Bear, surely there're more chocolate - you sweet Allah. Congratulations on the blog, good luck with WordPress, and thanks for the vegan kitchen Tromotich significant. Very loving, Yossi
Coconut cream is supposed to be very thick, but liquid. Is it in the hostel? Maybe because it is hard. Another possible reason for such a situation is the liquid separated from solids. Do you have half a can of water and half a can of "cheese"? If yes, then you can try to mix them together back to the texture creamy.
